With a three-story discount warehouse a full city block long, I offer my clients the option of selecting your own fabrics, style, trim and hardware for a significant savings that you will truly appreciate! Again, you remain in full control of your own budget!

Now that you have your furniture and color scheme, let's take your walls to the next level. From gentle, subtle finishes to faux brick, stone or murals, you too can have that "WOW" factor!

Simply put, "Staging" is much like a One Day Makeover for anyone preparing to sell. While any newer concept takes time to catch on and has obvious fears such as...why should I pay money if I'm selling? I recommend considering the fact that builders raise the price of their homes once the decorated models are completed...
The answer is proven: The nominal fee for this service is easily added to the asking price so that you recoup your investment. Sellers, Builders, Realtors and House-Flippers have all sent me special thanks for helping them sell quickly, typically for more than the original asking price!
I offer suggestions from a Real Estate Expert's point of view. Having been a successful Realtor in the past, I speak from experience. I can immediately inform you of the first impression of a potential home buyer, remove the emotion from the process, and assist you in making your home presentable for the most money, poised to sell in the fasted time. We will declutter if necessary...or introduce pieces to help buyers visualize potential use of a space, remove all personal elements that may deter a potential buyer, and ensure that the presentation is worthy of the Top Dollar.
